SprintBee documentation
Everything the product does, and how to do it. Start with a ceremony, or jump straight to the thing you are stuck on.
SprintBee gives each team a Workspace with two persistent rooms: a Planning Room for estimating, and a Retro Room for looking back. They are peers — most teams use both, and either one works on its own.
Plan the work#
Estimate a backlog together, live or asynchronously. Bring items in from Jira or Linear, vote without anchoring on the loudest number, and send accepted estimates back to the tracker.
- How a planning session works — the round, end to end
- Run your first estimation session — start here if you are new
- Estimate asynchronously — open a voting window instead of holding a meeting
- Set up a room before the meeting — decks, timers, and reveal rules
Learn from the sprint#
Run a retrospective that ends in owned improvements rather than a list nobody revisits. Notes stay private until you reveal them, and actions come back with a verdict.
- How a retrospective works — the stages and what each is for
- Run your first retrospective — a first-time walkthrough
Connect your tracker#
- Jira — connect a room, import issues, write estimates back
- Linear — connect a workspace and sync estimates
- Browser Companion — pair a Jira tab with a room, no API access needed
- Slack and Microsoft Teams — voting-window updates in channel
Run it for a team#
- Workspaces and organizations — members, roles, and invites
- Control who can join a room — codes, passwords, required sign-in
- Plans and billing — what each plan includes, and how to change yours
- Keyboard shortcuts — vote and run rounds without the mouse
