SprintBee provides Workspaces with Planning and Retro Rooms for agile teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Email address, when you sign in or create a Workspace as a facilitator.
• Name or display name, when you provide it.
• Information related to Workspaces, Planning and Retro Rooms, and their sessions, including content and activity you or your team choose to enter while using SprintBee.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including:

• Authentication tokens and room/session preferences stored in your browser.
• Device, browser, log, diagnostic, and error information needed to operate, secure, and improve SprintBee.
• Error and performance data if our monitoring tools are enabled.

SprintBee does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, payment information, or information from children under 13.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure SprintBee.
• Let users create and manage Workspaces and join or participate in Planning and Retro Rooms.
• Send sign-in codes and service-related messages.
• Troubleshoot bugs, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us run SprintBee, such as cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, databases, logging, and error monitoring providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect SprintBee or others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Browser Storage

SprintBee uses browser storage, such as local storage and session storage, to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support demo rooms, and maintain room state. You can clear this storage through your browser settings, but some features may stop working until you sign in or configure them again.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide SprintBee, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your SprintBee account. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices.

SprintBee does not sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Users

SprintBee is operated from the United States. If you use SprintBee from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
