  • If you decide not to continue, your data stays exportable. Sessions, history and CSV exports do not disappear behind a paywall.

Common questions

What does SprintBee cost right now?
Nothing. While SprintBee is in Beta, every capability is available to every team at no charge, with unlimited Workspaces and unlimited teammates. There is no card to enter, no trial clock counting down, and no feature held back for a paid tier.
What is the catch?
That it will not be free forever, and we would rather tell you that now than let you find out later. SprintBee is a product we intend to charge for. Calling this a Beta is how we reserve the right to, without pretending otherwise while you are deciding whether to move your team onto it.
When will you start charging, and how will I know?
We have not set a date. When we do, you will get at least 30 days' notice by email before anything you use starts costing money — and nothing is ever charged without you entering payment details yourself. If you do nothing, you are not billed.
Do I get anything for joining during the Beta?
Yes. Teams who join during the Beta keep a founding discount on whatever plan replaces it. You are also the people whose feedback shapes what we build next, which is the honest reason the Beta exists.
What happens to my data if I decide not to continue?
It stays yours and it stays exportable. Sessions, history and CSV exports do not disappear behind a paywall, and nothing you have already recorded is deleted because you chose not to pay.
Does "Beta" mean it is unfinished or unreliable?
The label is about pricing, not stability. SprintBee runs real planning and retro sessions for real teams every day. We are still adding to it, and we are still deciding what the paid shape should be — the Beta is what lets us do the second of those honestly.
Are retros included?
Yes, in full. Every Workspace has a Retro Room beside its Planning Room: the whole guided ceremony, anonymous notes, secret topic voting, improvement actions and outcome reviews — plus the analysis and automation that used to be paid, including AI-suggested groupings, cross-session Signals, reusable templates and Slack or Teams delivery.
Do participants need an account to join a room?
No. Only the person creating and managing Workspaces needs an account. Anyone with a Planning Room or Retro Room link (and password, if one is set) can join that room.
