- How does per-Workspace pricing work?
- Pro is $9 per Workspace per month, or $90 per year. A Workspace is one team's home — a Planning Room and a Retro Room together. Subscribe for as many Workspaces as your teams need, starting with one, and every one of them gets the full paid feature set. You are never charged per participant.
- Are retros included, or a paid add-on?
- Included. Every Workspace has a Retro Room beside its Planning Room, on every plan. Free covers the whole guided ceremony: anonymous notes, secret topic voting, improvement actions, outcome reviews, the structured summary, and Signals drawn from your own planning sessions. Paid adds analysis and automation — AI-suggested groupings, cross-session and delivery Signals, reusable templates, Jira and Linear action creation, and Slack or Microsoft Teams summary delivery.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required up front, and it's charged when the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. You get one trial, ever — it's tied to you as the buyer, not to a particular organization.
- What happens when I hit the Free Workspace limit?
- Free includes 1 active Workspace. Creating a second Workspace prompts you to subscribe to Pro — add exactly as many Workspaces as you need, and your existing Workspace, both rooms, and all of their history stay exactly as they are.
- Can I change my Workspace count or switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes. Adding Workspaces or moving from monthly to annual takes effect immediately (you pay the prorated difference), and reducing Workspaces or moving from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
- What happens to Workspaces over my limit if I reduce my subscription?
- You get a 7-day grace period to bring your active Workspace count down to your new subscription. If Workspaces are still over the limit when the grace period ends, we automatically archive the least-recently-active Workspaces down to the count — nothing is deleted, both rooms and their history are preserved, and archived Workspaces can be restored once your subscription has room again.
- Do participants need an organization to join a room?
- No. Only the person creating and managing Workspaces needs an organization. Anyone with a Planning Room or Retro Room link (and password, if one is set) can join that room.
- Is there a limit on participants per room?
- No — every plan supports unlimited participants in every room.
