- What's the difference between Pro, Growth, and Business?
- Only the number of rooms they include — 3, 10, or 25. Each team estimates in its own persistent room, so a plan covers roughly that many teams. Every paid plan includes the full feature set: integrations, notifications, access controls, and priority support. (Async estimation is included on every plan, Free too.)
- How does the free trial work?
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required up front, and it's charged when the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. Each organization gets one trial, ever.
- What happens when I hit the Free room limit?
- Free includes 1 active room. Creating a second room prompts you to pick a paid plan — your existing room and its history stay exactly as they are.
- Can I change plans or switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (you pay the prorated difference), and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Interval switches follow the same rules.
- What happens to rooms over my limit if I downgrade?
- You get a 7-day grace period to bring your active room count down to the new plan's quota. If rooms are still over the limit when the grace period ends, we automatically archive your least-recently-active rooms down to the quota — nothing is deleted, and archived rooms can be restored by upgrading again.
- Do participants need an organization to join a room?
- No. Only the person creating and managing rooms needs an organization. Anyone with the room link (and password, if one is set) can join and vote.
- Is there a limit on participants per room?
- No — every plan supports unlimited participants in every room.
