Dashboard & account
Where to manage your rooms, your organization, and your personal profile in SprintBee.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
The dashboard tour
The dashboard is where account admins manage rooms and organization settings. It's reached by signing in and, if you manage at least one account, you're taken there automatically after sign-in.
The sidebar has two groups. "Workspace" holds Rooms and Integrations, which any account admin can use. "Organization" — General, Members, Security, and Billing & Plan — only appears for account admins, since it manages the whole account rather than a single room.
The top bar shows your organization's name on the left and your personal account menu (your profile and sign out) on the right, kept separate from organization settings in the sidebar.
Rooms
The Rooms tab lists every room in the account: name, room code (with a copy button), whether it's currently active or idle, session and participant counts, and a row of actions.
From a room's row you can Open it, Configure its settings, Archive it (archived rooms stay read-only — history is preserved, but no new sessions can start until you unarchive), or Delete it outright.

Integrations
The Integrations tab is where you connect external work-item sources at the account level — currently Jira. Connections are made once per account from here, then attached to individual rooms from that room's settings.

Organization: admin vs. member roles
Every person on an account has a role. The account creator is always the Owner and can't be demoted or removed.
Admins can see and use the Organization tabs (General, Members, Security, Billing & Plan): rename the organization, invite or add other people, configure room access policies, and manage billing.
Members don't get the Organization tabs — they're for accessing the account's rooms, not managing the account. A signed-in member who has no admin account anywhere lands on a simple "Nothing to manage here" screen instead of the dashboard, with a way back to SprintBee or to sign out.
Role changes happen from the Members tab: change any non-owner member between Admin and Member with the role dropdown next to their name.
General
The General tab holds the organization name — shown in invitations, room headers, and the top bar. Edit it and click "Save changes."
Inviting members
The Members tab lists everyone on the account with their role and status (Active or Pending), and has two ways to add someone.
"Invite admin" sends an email invitation. Enter their email address and send it — they show up immediately with a Pending status, and can resend the invite from the row if needed. Their invite activates into full Admin access the first time they sign in with that email.
"Add member" grants Member access to the account's rooms without sending any email — just share a room link with them directly. Access activates the same way, the first time they sign in with that email.
- Open Dashboard → Members.
- Click "Invite admin" (to email an admin invitation) or "Add member" (to grant room access with no email).
- Enter the person's email address and submit.
- They sign in with that email address whenever they're ready — their access activates automatically.
Accepting an invite
An admin invite email links to an accept-invite page that shows which organization you've been invited to.
If you're not signed in, the page prompts you to sign in with the invited email address. If you're already signed in with a different email, it tells you which address the invitation is for and lets you switch accounts to sign in with it. If you're already signed in with the matching email, your access is already active and the page just links you to the dashboard.
There's no separate "accept" click beyond signing in with the invited address — membership activates on that sign-in.
Your profile
Your profile is personal and separate from organization settings — reached from the account menu in the top-right, not the Organization sidebar group.
It holds your display name, which is used as the default name when you create or moderate rooms, and your email address (read-only; contact support to change it).
Security
The Security tab controls how people get into your rooms — room passwords, required sign-in, and email-domain allow lists — and is a Pro feature.
Security & access →
Billing
The Billing & Plan tab shows your current plan, room usage against your plan's limit, and Add-on Rooms.
