Keyboard shortcuts

SprintBee's keyboard support is intentionally small: vote without reaching for the mouse, and close dialogs with Escape. This page lists every shortcut that exists today.

Voting

While you're eligible to vote on the active item, the number keys 1 through 9 cast a vote for the card in that position of the room's deck — the same as clicking it. This works for anyone who can currently vote, not just the moderator.

1–9 — vote for the card in that position of the deck (for example, 4 votes the 4th card).
Tap your selected card again (mouse or touch) to retract your vote before the reveal — there's no separate keyboard shortcut for this.

General

Escape closes whichever dialog is currently open — room settings, the add-work-items panel, the async voting ballot, confirmation prompts, and the guided room tour all close on Escape. Clicking outside a dialog, or its × button, does the same thing.

Esc — close the open dialog or modal.

Moderator shortcuts

There are no moderator-only keyboard shortcuts today. Revealing votes, starting or pausing the timer, activating a queue item, and accepting an estimate are all mouse/tap actions in the current UI.
